How our service works
Moth Treatment London does not send out technicians. We are a small, free service that finds London households a moth specialist who covers their postcode, and this page explains each step, who sees your details and how we are paid.

We look for a specialist
One who covers your postcode and treats the insect and the kind of home you described, by the method you asked about.
We tell you who it is
Usually within one working day, by email or phone. Your details go to them only once you say so.
Inspection and price
The specialist inspects and gives you a price. Booking is entirely your choice, and any agreement is between you and them.
What we are
A small introduction service for London homes. We employ no technicians, hold no insecticides and sell no traps, and no pest control business with a name like ours is connected to us.
What we do not do
- Charge you anything, at any stage.
- Pass on your details before you agree, or to more than the one specialist we name.
- Price your treatment. Only a specialist who has seen the problem can.
- Give medical advice about bites or rashes, or legal advice about tenancies.
- Put you on a mailing list.
Who pays for it
When we put you in touch with a specialist, that firm may pay us for the introduction. You pay us nothing, whether or not you book them.
Our figures and guides
Prices on this site come from firms’ published London price pages and cost guides, and from borough council price lists, and each page names its sources and the month we read them. They help you judge a quote; only a specialist who has seen the problem can give you a price. Advice on identifying and preventing moths follows conservation and public sources such as English Heritage and the Natural History Museum.
